About invena

invena helps you organise life admin and important documents — and share only what you choose with people you trust.

Why we exist

Everyday life is full of admin: bills, emails, letters, policies, renewals, and other documents. Too often that information stays scattered — hard to find when it matters, and hard to share with the right person.

We built invena so households can keep that information in one place: organised by Space, linked to the right Entry, with clear roles when you invite someone you trust. Not another file dump. Not a social network.

How we work

  • Privacy first — we say what we do in our trust centre, not only what we hope to do.
  • Trust before automation — you review captures and suggestions. Nothing important should happen quietly in the background.
  • Continuity over clutter — Spaces, Entries, and documents are built for life admin, not endless to-do noise.

Founder

Slava Campbell has spent more than a decade in fintech, payments, governance, and operations & assurance (audit) — including technology risk, data privacy, and checking controls in regulated environments.

He saw a growing gap: people rely on digital systems for everyday life, yet important personal information stays fragmented, hard to manage, and hard to find when it matters most.

That experience shaped invena — a privacy-first Digital Continuity Platform so individuals and families can organise life admin and documents, and share selected records with people they trust, with clear permissions and user control.

Private beta

invena is invite-only while we run a private beta with a small group of households. Request access, or read how we handle privacy and security.
