This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on invena.app.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies may also be used for things like security, basic functionality, and remembering limited settings.

2. What we use today

At present, our website is a minimal informational and legal site.

We do not use:

marketing cookies;
advertising trackers;
social media tracking cookies; or
retargeting tools.

We may use only strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies where needed for:

site security;
core functionality;
abuse prevention; and
basic session handling on the product app (app.invena.app).

These technologies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request.

Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on product auth forms (app.invena.app login, signup, and related challenges). That challenge is a strictly necessary security control. It may involve similar technologies from Cloudflare under our instructions (see Subprocessors).

3. Analytics

On invena.app (the marketing and legal website), we may use Plausible Analytics in a cookieless configuration to understand aggregate traffic (for example page views and referrers).

Plausible does not set cookies for this configuration and does not build advertising profiles. We enable it only when the site is configured with our Plausible domain setting. The product app (app.invena.app) does not load this script.

Because this marketing analytics setup is cookieless, we do not show a consent banner solely for Plausible. If we later add non-essential cookies, advertising scripts, or other technologies that require consent under UK law, we will update this policy and ask for consent before those technologies run.

4. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify users before any new non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used.
